The third album from the necromantical masters!
4 years after the Death celebration ?Misfortune?, ABYSMAL GRIEF have returned with their third macabre opus entitled ?Feretri?. For nearly two decades these lords of funerals have evoked gloomy musical portraits of Death like no other band, and their grotesque, necromantic hymns reach a new disturbing zenith with this occult masterpiece.
Sinister, macabre and evil, ?Feretri? is another baroque landmark on the terrifying orchetra?s path to eternal doom! Join them in Death!
This is the second full-length release from Anael, a German band playing atmospheric black metal. The sound on this album reminds me of Greek greats like Necromantia -- crisp and clear, yet heavily atmospheric. The vocals are mostly snarled, though there's some clean singing now and again, very tastefully done. Anael's last album was full-on Samael worship, but on this record they've branched out into a sound of their own. There's still plenty of Samael in their slow, deliberate pacing and evil riffing, but there's a lot more variety here.
From the very depths of the German underground, ARCHAIC THORN is anouncing the imminent release of their debut EP called "In Desolate Magnificence" through UNHOLY PROPHECIES. After an outstanding Demo, released back in 2013, the German trio has recorded 4 new tracks + intro of the most pure and deep Nihilistic Death Metal you've heard for quite some time now.
A CD that compiles the two demos of this cult Mexican band: "Matter misericordiae" (1993) and "Exothaernium" (1994). Atmospheric Doom/Death Metal with a blackened aura of the highest order like a mix of Black Sabbath, Candlemass, Paradise Lost, Tiamat, Katatonia...
3 years are gone since Tod & Teufel, the last ARROGANZ album came out. Now the time has come to unleash a brandnew beast, entitled simply "PRIMITIV". But no, it doesn't sound primitive or simple, here waiting 6 new songs and with no doubt ARROGANZ' best written material so far. It would be just to easy to call it Death or blackened Death Metal...it's more than this...
Almost a year ago BALMOG recorded what they considered the most ambitious recording of the band: "Pillars Of Salt"
Under this enigmatic title, an introspective journey into the darkest tradition of rock and extreme metal is hidden, near 20 minutes of oppression and mysticism contained in a single track recorded in the damn Moontower Studios under the orders of Javier Félez.
Raw, necro & putrid Black Metal from Galizia, Spain! This bastards know how this music has to be executed! Holy fuck! What the hell of an album! Released last year on CD, now it's available on vinyl! Limited to 500 units. It comes with a new cover, an 8 page booklet with illustrations done by Cesar Valladares and fonts by C. Szpajdel completely splattered with blood of the members. Be sure to get your hands on this or you will cry in heaven!
Spain's BALMOG have been creating horrifying Black Metal since 2003, and this is their third album. You´ll get complex but ?Vacvvm? is what you would want to hear from a black metal album. It?s immersed in darkness, drenched in evil, and walks in the shadows until it can approach you and stray you from the path of good.
For the fans of early Watain, Deathspell Omega and the likes?

2nd press with slightly updated layout. Over the past decade the stream of so called ?Bestial Black/Death? metal has swelled dramatically becoming an uncontainable river the waters of which have become a polluted sewer of fecal sludge. Only a few bands have maintained the integrity of this sound. Among the most prominent and most respectable of these is Poland?s BESTIAL RAIDS.
Although it has been just one year since the release of "...For Chaos, Obscurity, and Desolation...," Blasphemophagher return with their third full-length album. Entitled "The III Command of the Absolute Chaos," this new album demonstrates the band's further refinement of their craft. Featuring new artwork by the inimitable Paolo "Madman" Girardi and a guest appearance by Pete Helmkamp, this album carries on in the tradition established by Blasphemophagher on their first two albums.

Released by Winter Productions in a 7" sized giant Digipak. First EP by this infernal Brasilian band of blasphemous Death / Black Metal in the good old Brasilian way. If you like SARCÓFAGO, (old) SEPULTURA or bands like BLASPHEMY or VON, you will love this one!
BODE PRETO's debut titled "Inverted Blood" finally gets the deserved vinyl treatment through Unholy Prophecies. And we are more than proud about that! This album is nothing but an outstanding manifest of the most pure, evil, dark Blackened Death Metal coming of Southamerican lands. Do you remember those days in the late 80's / early 90's when tapetrading ruled the world? Do you remember the first impact of bands like SARCOFAGO, VULCANO, VON, BLASPHEMY and that kind of bands?
BODE PRETO is one of the best bands arising from Brazilian lands in the last few years.
This band plays that crushing, heavy, obscure Southamerican Death / Black Metal in the vein of SARCÓFAGO, VON, BLASPHEMY, (old) SEPULTURA among others. This is relentless and pure evil madness. Furthermore, this band writes one of the most intelligent lyrics you can expect. Really recommended.
