Mesmerizing and gloomy Doom-Death from the most ghastly recesses of Finland. Merging the composing talents of LL from Desolate Shrine with the multi layered vocals of NM from Dark Buddha Rising, Convocation will haunt you and abrade your guts with the most spectral yet punishing tones you could experience!
Orange County /Southern California based Death Metal freaks CREMATORY STENCH. A young but rotten band, formed 2014 to conjure a blend of morbid sounds and feelings in the style of L.A.'s own Sadistic Intent and the morbid recordings of Morgoth.
Slowly yet surely, CROSS VAULT have built a small-yet-stellar canon of releases that are extremely personal in nature and absolutely poignant in execution and effect. After two acclaimed cult albums - Spectres of Revocable Loss and The All-Consuming in 2014 and 2015, respectively - CROSS VAULT joined with IRON BONEHEAD for the release of a special mini-album, Miles to Take, released in late 2016. Although "just" two songs, this epic short-length was a transitional record in more ways than one: the quintet had solidified its lineup after two members had graduated from "session" status, and the sum result suitably proved stunning, showing how far they could stretch their Viking doom sound whilst keeping it fiercely focused. CROSS VAULT were on the march...
Debut Demo of this killer old-school Death Metal band from Greece including members from bands like ABYSSUS, SOULSKINNER among others. Reminiscent of bands like MASSACRE, INCUBUS, OBITUARY or MORGOTH just to name a few.
Released by BLOODY PRODUCTIONS and limited to 500 copies.
In 1991, Dark Opera was formed in Lodz, Poland, the very same city in which the band’s compatriots of similar ilk in Pandemonium had united approximately two years earlier. Dark Opera’s first year of existence was plagued by several lineup changes, but it stabilized later that year when the band began to write its own songs and played its first live gig in Lomza. The following April, Dark Opera recorded its first demo, "The Day of Pariah", at Ariadna Studio in Lodz. Originally, this cassette was self-released, but the band was later signed by Carnage Records, who released a second iteration of the tape with alternate artwork. In 1993, the band added a second guitarist and recorded its first and only album, "Calling the Legend", in April of that same year. Like the demo that had preceded it, the album was released by another Polish label, Baron Records, who made it available on cassette format only. Like the aforementioned Pandemonium, Dark Opera’s music was reminiscent of the great Samael and others like Alastis and Taranis, but it also incorporated a somewhat greater influence from both death and doom metal. Nuclear War Now! is proud to be the first to reissue both Dark Opera recordings on vinyl and thus continue its neverending objective of rekindling the great fires once set and then left unattended in the most obscure caverns of the underground.
DEATHRAID was a bunch of thrashers before being a thrash band. DEATHRAID was attitude and liefstyle before being a music style. One DEATHRAID live gig was banned for obscenity. DEATHRAID was outlawed for theft and housebreaking. DEATHRAID changed 3 drummers. DEATHRAID aimed to be the sickest and vilest band in the area. DEATHRAID was influenced by everything extreme and underground. The song ?Lunatic Souls Domain? is short for LSD. DEATHRAID used to spend the cash earnt from gigs into drugs and alcohol, before playing.
The Finnish Death Metal machine from DECAYING strikes back! Since 2010 these 4 guys are beeing active and have left only destroyed landscapes on their musical journey away from the Finnish lakes on their 10 releases so far.
The 5th full lenght studio album "Shells Will Fall" will be released in a lovely vinyl edition via Defying Danger Records. On "Shells Will Fall" DECAYING once again offer an massive album, atmospherically & lyrics primarily geared towards historical wars and destruction. Who can imagine that a band combines the mood of HAIL OF BULLETS or ASPHYX with less doom influence, but with more classic Swedish Death Metal, knows roughly how the Finns sound. But also GRAVE like tones or vocals in the vein of BOLT THROWER are not that far from in the 8 tracks of DECAYING.
The Finnish Death Metal horde DECAYING unleash their fourth album entitled 'To Cross The Line'. Like the previous albums, 'To Cross The Line' is about war, destruction and its consequences. You can expect 8 new blood-licking songs full of heaviness, depression, melody and catchiness. A musical feast for fans of ASPHYX, BOLT THROWER or HAIL OF BULLETS.
The thematically perfectly realized artwork was created by the italian artist Roberto Toderico (he also created amazing art for SINISTER, PESTILENCE, MEFISTO etc.).
Japan's DEFILED have delivered brutal death metal for over 13 years, and their new album 'Towards Inevitable Ruin' honors that solemn tradition. The band buck modern convention and deliver an album devoid of fake edits, effects, and unnatural sounds. Simply stated, 'Towards Inevitable Ruin' is the most authentic and raw representation of DEFILED as they deliver their deathly assault live.
East and West Coast underground Death Metal meet to summon two freshly unearthed abominations for the first time on vinyl!

When you are about to abandon all hope, trust and faith that real DEATH METAL still can be ultimately dark, abhorrent, yelling, filthy, violent, repellent, sinister, driven, revealing, hurting and visionary ... ... then ... the devil will bring the wonder of: SAVAGE MUTINY.
