From the very depths of the German underground, ARCHAIC THORN is anouncing the imminent release of their debut EP called "In Desolate Magnificence" through UNHOLY PROPHECIES. After an outstanding Demo, released back in 2013, the German trio has recorded 4 new tracks + intro of the most pure and deep Nihilistic Death Metal you've heard for quite some time now.
CD version of BODYBAG's debut mini-album called "Predominance Of Insanity".
Debut recording for this ultimate crushing Grindcore / Death Metal trio featuring Dopi (ex-MACHETAZO / DISHAMMER) on drums and vocals. An insane trip to the roots of the genre with orthodox single pedal blast-beats, neanderthal growling and morbid riffs in the ancient ways of sonic darkness and instrumental bestiality.
UNHOLY PROPHECIES is proud to present INDOCTRINATE's striking debut album, Antilogos: Arcane Transmutation in the Temple of Flesh.
While it would seem that Chile's INDOCTRINATE is a brand-new entity, having no prior public recordings, this power-trio actually rose from the ashes of Sadistik Goathammer, who were founded in 2006 by vocalist/bassist H.O.E.V, the sole original member now active in INDOCTRINATE. The intention with Sadistik Goathammer was not to innovate, but rather to go back to the primitive, bestial sounds of such bands as Sarcofago, Mystifier, Abhorer, Parabellum, Blasphemy, and Conqueror among others. After years of war and lineup changes, Sadistik Goathammer released some demos and splits ? among them, 2008's Goatical Nuclear Order is still considered a very relevant work in the so-called war metal scene, giving the band a renowned reputation in the underground. They opened for legendary bands like Impurity in 2014 and Profanatica in 2017, while the members were also active with other projects in the shadows, like Henosis and Interitvm...
Unholy Prophecies, in conspiracy with Equinox Discos, is proud to present INSULTERS highly anticipated second album, "Metal Still Means Danger". Aptly fucking titled, "Metal Still Means Danger" is a literal statement of intent from these rude 'n' crude Catalonian bastards. Unrepentantly ugly since the beginning (and to the bitter end, we'd wager), INSULTERS formed in 2008 with the apparent aim to defile and then destroy all in their path. A couple demos and a split came before they accomplished exactly that with their debut album, the also-aptly-titled "We Are the Plague". Released in 2013 by Unholy Prophecies and Equinox Discos, "We Are the Plague" became something of a "sleeper hit" with those lucky few who heard it: INSULTERS offered a refreshingly ribald and gleefully gut-busting hybrid of blackthrash and old-school death metal, with a pinch of rock 'n' roll and even D-beat to be found.
Debut full length of this raw & dirty Catalonian motherfuckers! Blackened Thrash / Death as it's best!
If you like MOTÖRHEAD, NOCTURNAL BREED, SODOM and that kind of bands, this one will fucking blow your head off!
Released on vinyl by Trabuc / Equinox Records before, now finally available as CD!
It comes in a noble 4 pannel digipack in the size of an 7".
Cover art and digipack design by Cesar Valladares. Produced and mixed by Javi Moontower.
Never applause only bang your head!!
UNHOLY PROPHECIES is proud to present MIASMAL SABBATH's striking debut album, Ominous Radiance.
MIASMAL SABBATH are a power-trio hailing from northern Greece. Although the members have a wide variety of backgrounds playing in other bands under the wider umbrella of metal, hardcore, and punk, MIASMAL SABBATH was formed with a singular purpose: to create swampy, D-beating death metal. A self-titled EP was released in 2016 on local underground label Sewer Grinder, followed the next year the two-song Ascension of the Foulest EP, also courtesy of that label. Between the two records, MIASMAL SABBATH kept their death metal pure while also nodding prominently to punk...
UNHOLY PROPHECIES is proud to present MORBID FLESH's highly anticipated second album, "Rites of the Mangled". Proudly Catalonian, this Barcelona-based band is fitingly named, for they are authentically and unequivocally morbid, old-school DEATH fuckin' METAL. Which is all not that surprising considering MORBID FLESH's membership includes scene veterans who do time in such hordes as INSULTERS, GRAVEYARD, ÓSSERP, CUERNO, TORT and SHEIDIM among others. What results is a mammoth, elephantine bulldozer of disgusting, disease-drenched Death Metal in a most classic Swedish manner...
Formed back in 1987, NECROPHILE are widely considered to be one of the first Death Metal bands from Japan. The band was formed in 1987 by two high school students, Takaaki Ohkuma (vocals/bass, ex-Criminal Christ and later Multiplex) and Keisuke Matsunaga (guitar/drums, ex-Messiah Death). During their original tenure, they were quite prolific. They recorded two demo tapes in 1988 and 1989 - The Terminal Derangement and Beyond the Truth, respectively - and especially the second demo received a lot of attention in the the worldwide underground scene. Then, with the lineup of Takaaki (bass/vocals), Takashi Tanaka (drumers, later Transgressor and Anatomia) and Kenichi Matsunaga (guitar, later Hellchild), they recorded the Dissociated Modernity EP and a split LP with Singapore's Abhorer, both in 1991, and also played several gigs in the USA with Sadistic Intent, Deceased, and many others; they may be the first Japanese death metal act to play the States...
UNHOLY PROPHECIES is proud to present SACROSCUM's highly anticipated debut album, Drugs & Death. Ever aptly titled, Drugs & Death is a scourge upon one's sanity and sanctity, a black-hole blight that swallows you whole. SACROSCUM aren't fucking around.
SACROSCUM was formed in 2015 by J. and SS. After playing music together for a long time and trying to create something unique, the duo mixed influences of Darkthrone, early Celtic Frost, Discharge, Skitsystem, Inquisition, and everything they thought would be fitting. Combined with utterly hateful lyrics and a healthy disdain for most of you, SACROSCUM was born.
