After a five-year-long hiatus during which the band did not apparently perish in the swamps of mouldy and slugdy death metal, Eternal Rot start where they left off with the Promo 2013. Aptly titled ?Cadaverine?, the album features a four tracks and almost 30 minutes of filthy and dirty, slow to mid-paced hymns of doom and death. Gnarly and slightly distorted vocals, down-tuned guitars and gut-wrenching bass parts, all based on solid drumming, is everything a die hard fan might expect... The horde crawl out of the tomb they have dwelled for the past five years, offering some organ crushing, mind blowing and sickening metal of death stripped to the bone. A true must for any fan of old school masters.
From the primordial magma before the beginning of time come FOSSILIZATION. Obscure, vile and crushing Death Metal.
Fossilization is a death metal band formed in 2020. The duo featuring members of the sludge/death/doom metal band Jupiterian, V. (voices, guitars, bass) and P. (drums) started as an idea right after their european tour with Krypts, Father Befouled and Encoffination but since Jupiterian was still working on their last album, the project had to be delayed and it only turned to full time band after the striking of the plague.
Perhaps the most promising Colombian band at the moment.
FUNERAL VOMIT is fucking intense, obscure, relentless Death Metal madness for all old-school worshippers out there. This MCD includes all the 6 songs of FUNERAL VOMIT's split with MVLTIFISSION. Excellent stuff!
With ?Rumors Of Man?, Goat Explosion follow the path they pursued in 2015 that led them through traditional riffing of early Heavy and Doom Metal through the winding depths of Stoner Rock. Accompanied and perfected by outstanding vocals that tinge the music with a melancholic touch, the diversity, and sovereignty of this record will blow you away like the weed you probably just smoked.
With members of DIVISION SPEED, ex-EVIL WARRIORS, ex-VIDARGÄNGR among others.

"Abyss of Wrathful Deities" is GRAVE MIASMA´s fifth release, the latest in a 19-year sonic exploration of the
transcendental essence and nature of death. Nine tracks of pounding, dark Death Metal await the listener, rooted in the adoration of mysterious Tibetan burial rites and shamanic passages to other worlds.
Trading a little of the cavernous atmospheres of previous releases for the traditional Metal currency of speed and aggression, "Abyss of Wrathful Deities" still sounds immediately and inimitably like GRAVE MIASMA. The album marks a third collaboration with Jamie Gomez Arellano at Orgone Studios (Paradise Lost, Primordial, Vltimas, Angel Witch), and a step further along the path of expansive and dynamic production characteristic of the London-based band’s ascent towards the vanguard of the contemporary Death Metal movement.

Releasing their 4th length their capability to create and play above their uttermost limits reaches another level and that?s not the expected standard for these cases. ABLUTIONARY RITUALS is not only the natural evolution from the acclaimed SCOOPING THE CRANIAL INSIDES but also takes the band to a new extent of musical madness.

The striking debut full-length by this U.S. band. Unearthed in Florida in early 2019 and comprised of past and current members of other impious hordes such as Gnosis and Devastator, Hexorcist summon old school and blasphemous Death Metal that may as well fall under the "proto-Death Metal" category, for their ferocious and relentless approach to the genre harkens back to the mid-to-late 80´s, when all things extreme were still boiling in the same malignant cauldron and all boundaries were nothing but a blur that no diehard dweller of the underground gave a damn about….
