Three years after their debut album, ONIRICOUS are back with a vengeance!
The masters of Spanish Horror Death Metal raise a new chalice filled with their trademark Lovecraftian darkness. Still buried in the stubborn tradition of the late 80s heroes (Massacre, Death, Slayer, Possessed, Pestilence...), they nail this new coffin with their signature Spanish-written creepy tales. En busca de los Grandes Dioses...
PALUS SOMNI appears like the explosion of a doomed star into the cosmos of Black Metal with their first recording "Monarch Of Dark Matter".
Meaning 'marsh of sleep' in old Latin laguage, the name of an area of the Moon, Palus Somni's "Monarch of Dark Matter" is conceptually based on cosmic mysticism, a combination of the description of the physical universe and its metaphysical counterpart, the spiritual connection to the nature of the Universe through mythological references.
Whilst the name of Palus Somni is totally unknown for most, none are the persons involved in this band, born by the international collaboration of three characters...
The crushing debut full-length by this Spanish band. PROSCRITO was born from the ashes of the sloppier incarnation known as Calvario in 2016, paying homage to the too-doomed-to-be-dead/too-dead-to-be-doomed music of such acts as Cianide, Hellhammer/Celtic Frost, Necro Schizma, Asphyx, Autopsy, Paradise Lost, Winter, Samael and Goatlord, crafting slow and churning tracks that were to be (not really) perfected with the band´s debut EP, "El Calvario", in 2017: a release filled with an all-encompassing passion for decay and rottenness, from the penitent and flagellant opening track "Via Crucis" to the closing instrumental mantra that is "Puteado," pounding caveman percussion, thundering bass, and wah-soloing frenziness in between.
This record contains a brand new song, re-recorded and unreleased songs and cover versions, live tracks and pre-production versions, 14 ultra rare tracks in total.
No question, cult like that has to be pressed on vinyl! So we will release a limited edition of 250 black LPs, housed in a gatefold cover and with printed inner sleeve. The band wrote some really interesting liner notes for all the tracks, and you?ll find tons of mega cool pictures of the last two decades.
8th full length of this legendary Death Metal horde. Obscure and suffocating Death Metal. The most diabolical work up to date. An absolute masterpiece and a must for every single Death Metal fan out there. Highly recommended.
Top quality limited to 300 copies black vinyl including insert + poster.
The long-awaited sophomore full-length by Russian band PYRE. Rising from the sewers of Saint Petersburg in 2011 and consisting of some hyperactive musicians who are/were members of many other underground Russian acts. PYRE's unholy sledgehammer of rotting and caustic music is Death fucking Metal right down to its genes. It's as genuine and convincing as it can possibly get, focusing on the traditional and raw sound.
After a number of previous releases and lots of gigs under their belts, in and out of their motherland, Pyre are now ready to bust through their second opus, "Chained to Ossuaries". No quarter given and no compromises made, here do PYRE chain themselves to their signature traditionalist sound -again, it's Death fucking Metal, and it needs to stay that way- but nevertheless do the power trio strive for a sound that's darker, more cryptic and more hypnotic as a result.
Indeed, "Chained to Ossuaries" is as sinister as its title suggests, galloping forward one minute and dragging the listener down into doomed abysses the other, the former flaying the listener alive while the latter throbs with the ominousness of a gargantuan subterranean beast. Of especial note is the production here, crisp and lively, richly analog but not drowning in reverb or over-distortion, the drums in particular snapping bones with ease. With dark and stylish cover art courtesy of Artem Grigoryev, PYRE prove with "Chained to Ossuaries" that the second strike is deadlier indeed!
Pure Death Metal! A must have for fans of VADER or MORBID ANGEL! "Rising from the realms of the anti-universe, "False Enlightenment" is exactly what the title means... The wrong, perverted mirroring of the truth forced on mankind, through a chaotic dimensional filter, of madness and blackened mindedness.."
The Greek Death Metal hellcommando RESURGENCY is back to pull the putrid flesh from your rotten bones with their new album named "No Worlds... Nor Gods Beyond". 9 new blasphemic songs recorded at Incorporated M Studios, Athens by Bill Pappas. This is the most brutal stuff they wrote so far, songs full of hate, energy and passion.
Absolut kult brought into black gold by Disembodied Records!! Limited to 500 pieces on black wax.
This legendary band from Southamerica (Argentina) that influenced so many bands down there in the continent played a raw & unpolished killer Heavy / Speed Metal. Influenced by IRON MAIDEN, MERCYFUL FATE, MURO and the likes.
Gatefold LP. Black vinyl version limited to 350 units.
The Deathkult rages on and ?The hour of the avenger? draws near! After a succesful line ? up change in the drum department and followed by the release of ?Relics of the Deathkult? compilation in early 2018, southern Germany based REVEL IN FLESH finally strike back with their 5th full length album on their new label home WAR ANTHEM Records!
?The hour of the avenger? basically steps in where the highly acclaimed successor album ?Emissary of all plagues? ended. REVEL IN FLESH evolved and refined their very own forumla of Death Metal in a logical way: More EPIC, more MELODIC, more INTENSE but still sticking to their roots deep within the classical European styled Death Metal from the 90ies era.
Standard sleeve including insert with lyrics. 180g black vinyl.
Following up on the promising debut EP, the band has made a huge leap forward, creating a six-piece, forty-minute-long heavyweight monster of an album and delivering an unparalleled piece of suffocating and overwhelming, obscure, cavernous and abysmal, dissonant and disharmonic, bone-crushing and mind-twisting Metal of Daath. From almost trance-like passages, through groovy, marching, ritualistic fragments, to blasting and ear-blowing onslaught, all immersed in thick and dense, tangibly claustrophobic atmosphere, "Doom Spirit Emanation" emanates sheer evil you can actually sense?
Rites of Daath - synonymous with an unstoppable sonic monstrosity - definitely play in a league of their own now...
Finland's ROTTEN SOUND are one of the titans of modern grind. 'Abuse to Suffer', their first album in five years, sees the rejuvenated band lay down a punishing barrage of hyper-aggressive extremity. The new album is nothing short of a 16-track tour-de-force of prime ROTTEN SOUND; scorching speed, crushing heaviness and some of the most ferocious vocals the genre has ever seen. As 'Abuse to Suffer' so forcefully and immediately illustrates, ROTTEN SOUND are at the very forefront of grindcore.
The new album from Polish black metal legend! Almost 20 years since their debut album, Wicher (1996), SACRILEGIUM now return with their second full-length, Anima Lucifera. The album title refers directly to a line from a poem by Leopold Staff; excerpts of which have been used in the new Sacrilegium tracks. Similarly, the works of W. B. Yeats and Ferdnando Pessoa appear next to Nantur’s original lyrics.
With Anima Lucifera, the band goes against the grain and abandons the path which they originally paved. Crossing their own borders and rejecting current popular conventions, Sacrilegium mark a new direction for themselves. They are not completely abandoning the pagan spirit but rather evolving from popular tradition in the direction of the esoteric school. Anima Lucifera explores occult themes, which accompanied the band members at the beginning of their journey in the 1990s. Today, however, their music is richer thanks to the experience they have gained over the last 20 years.
Die Hard edition on "coke bottle" clear vinyl with an A2 poster, gatefold jacket, 36?x36? cloth tapestry, and two silver foil stickers.
It is rare that a band lives up to the promise of its initial recordings by the time it releases a debut LP. A band that releases a well-conceived demo or EP and immediately becomes engulfed in hype is often doomed to fail. Sacriphyx are one of those few bands for which the debut LP is represents both a continuation of the trajectory laid out in the band?s previous recordings and also a substantial step forward. Some years ago, NWN! received the ?Lone Pine? demo CDr from the band.
Hailing from Germany, SANCTIFYING RITUAL formed in 2008. The Sadistic Death demo followed a year later, but it would be another three years before the next demo, Carved in Rotten Remains, arrived. During that time, members were busy with such well-regarded cults as Nocturnal Witch and Division Speed, but SANCTIFYING RITUAL still burned in their black hearts. A four-song EP, Storm of Devastation, arrived in 2013 before the band would remain silent...
