The intention with Sadistik Goathammer was not to innovate, but rather to go back to the primitive, bestial sounds of such bands as Sarcofago, Mystifier, Abhorer, Parabellum, Blasphemy, and Conqueror among others. After years of war and lineup changes, Sadistik Goathammer released some demos and splits ? among them, 2008's Goatical Nuclear Order is still considered a very relevant work in the so-called war metal scene, giving the band a renowned reputation in the underground. However, it was with the IRON BONEHEAD-released mini-album The End Upon Us in 2014 where INFERNAL CURSE truly found their stride. Reigning in the chaos for a more pulsing form of barbarity, the power-trio were as violent and virulent as ever, but pushed the still-overwhelming physicality into the beyond.

Aptly fucking titled, "Metal Still Means Danger" is a literal statement of intent from these rude 'n' crude Catalonian bastards. Unrepentantly ugly since the beginning (and to the bitter end, we'd wager), INSULTERS formed in 2008 with the apparent aim to defile and then destroy all in their path. A couple demos and a split came before they accomplished exactly that with their debut album, the also-aptly-titled "We Are the Plague". Released in 2013 by Unholy Prophecies and Equinox Discos, "We Are the Plague" became something of a "sleeper hit" with those lucky few who heard it: INSULTERS offered a refreshingly ribald and gleefully gut-busting hybrid of blackthrash and old-school death metal, with a pinch of rock 'n' roll and even D-beat to be found.

For the past decade, Spain's IRON CURTAIN have become a veritable institution in the international true-metal underground. Road to Hell, their debut album from 2012, set the stage for their successive scene dominance. Forged in the fires of the early '80s, IRON CURTAIN's sound set forth a smorgasboard of grit and gleam equally, largely nodding to the eternal Motφrhead as well as Tank, but also Canadian gods like Exciter and Razor, to the Teutonic might of early Iron Angel and Grave Digger, to Scandinavian gods OZ and Heavy Load, to cult American icons Abattoir and Savage Grace. Indeed, none more true were IRON CURTAIN - and they were here to stay! Two more revered full-lengths followed - 2013's Jaguar Spirit and 2016's Guilty as Charged - but now IRON CURTAIN are about to lift the veil on their most rocking record yet.
