Here you have the debut full-length from EVIL, a four-piece black/speed metal band from Tokyo, Japan. Although the band has existed since 2011 and has previously released two demos and a split CD, its output to this point has been largely overlooked. With ?Rites of Evil,? however, its profile is rightfully promised to rise from the obscurity that is due at least in part to its geographic isolation. Including venerable bands such as Bathory, Hellhammer and Slayer in its list of prominent influences that in all span at least three continents and various subsets of first-wave black metal and satanic speed metal, the ones that shine through the most are early Sodom, Sarcofago, and fellow compatriots Sabbat and a certain, notorious Japanese punk metal band.
This is a collaboration of 2 of Spain's best extreme metal bands. GRAVEYARD (Death Metal) and KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR (Black Thrash Metal). GRAVEYARD contribute with 2 brand new songs, a PARADISE LOST COVER ("Eternal") and a cover of KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR. KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR also feature 2 brand new songs, a 2012 re-recording of "Devoted To Death" and a cover of GRAVEYARD.
In 2013 Doomentia Records released this split in vinyl format. This is the first time ever this release is available in CD format.
Unholy Prophecies, in conspiracy with Equinox Discos, is proud to present INSULTERS highly anticipated second album, "Metal Still Means Danger". Aptly fucking titled, "Metal Still Means Danger" is a literal statement of intent from these rude 'n' crude Catalonian bastards. Unrepentantly ugly since the beginning (and to the bitter end, we'd wager), INSULTERS formed in 2008 with the apparent aim to defile and then destroy all in their path. A couple demos and a split came before they accomplished exactly that with their debut album, the also-aptly-titled "We Are the Plague". Released in 2013 by Unholy Prophecies and Equinox Discos, "We Are the Plague" became something of a "sleeper hit" with those lucky few who heard it: INSULTERS offered a refreshingly ribald and gleefully gut-busting hybrid of blackthrash and old-school death metal, with a pinch of rock 'n' roll and even D-beat to be found.
Debut full length of this raw & dirty Catalonian motherfuckers! Blackened Thrash / Death as it's best!
If you like MOTÖRHEAD, NOCTURNAL BREED, SODOM and that kind of bands, this one will fucking blow your head off!
Released on vinyl by Trabuc / Equinox Records before, now finally available as CD!

Formed back in 1987, NECROPHILE are widely considered to be one of the first Death Metal bands from Japan. The band was formed in 1987 by two high school students, Takaaki Ohkuma (vocals/bass, ex-Criminal Christ and later Multiplex) and Keisuke Matsunaga (guitar/drums, ex-Messiah Death). During their original tenure, they were quite prolific. They recorded two demo tapes in 1988 and 1989 - The Terminal Derangement and Beyond the Truth, respectively - and especially the second demo received a lot of attention in the the worldwide underground scene. Then, with the lineup of Takaaki (bass/vocals), Takashi Tanaka (drumers, later Transgressor and Anatomia) and Kenichi Matsunaga (guitar, later Hellchild), they recorded the Dissociated Modernity EP and a split LP with Singapore's Abhorer, both in 1991, and also played several gigs in the USA with Sadistic Intent, Deceased, and many others; they may be the first Japanese death metal act to play the States...
Three years after their debut album, ONIRICOUS are back with a vengeance! The masters of Spanish Horror Death Metal raise a new chalice filled with their trademark Lovecraftian darkness. Still buried in the stubborn tradition of the late 80s heroes (Massacre, Death, Slayer, Possessed, Pestilence...), they nail this new coffin with their signature Spanish-written creepy tales. En busca de los Grandes Dioses...
The solo project of JM Dopico, a veteran underground musician well known for his work with MACHETAZO, BODYBAG or DISHAMMER among many others, who plays all instruments and vocals on the album. "Antihuman" is debut full length and contains 10 songs in around 45 minutes, mixing influences from the glorious 80's heavy metal, doom rock and punk, an unique blend inspired by classic stuff like BLACK SABBATH, CELTIC FROST, MOTÖRHEAD, VOIVOD, SAINT VITUS, KILLING JOKE, MERCYFUL FATE, THE OBSESSED, VENOM, CARNIVORE, AMEBIX... Artwork by Nor Prego (MACHETAZO, BODYBAG, LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER, BRODYS MILITIA) and logo by Timo Ketola (DISSECTION, DEAD CONGREGATION, SUNN O))), WATAIN, OPETH).
Some bands are hard to fit into one single style. Formed by members of INSULTERS, VOIDKUSH merge the sound of their infamous band with new influences, a strong Death / Doom feeling, and a hazy vibe in the vein of "Carnival Bizarre" CATHEDRAL. 11 tracks dealing with darkness, witchcraft and the impending void. The executioner's ready, you better run!
